WishFruits is India’s most convenient hyper local delivery company which enables you to order quality Dry fruits & Spices that you need every day, directly via your mobile or web browser.

What kind of products do you sell?

You can choose from products spread across various categories such as Dry fruits, Spices & Seed.

What cities and locations do you operate in?

WishFruits currently operates in all major cities like Delhi Mumbai,calcutta, Kota, Agra, Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Cuttack, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur and almost 16000 pin codes across PAN INDIA.

How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the “Register” link at the menu bar of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.

Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration on WishFruits.com is absolutely free.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on WishFruits?

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one WishFruits account.

Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your WishFruits account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

Can I have multiple accounts with same mobile number and email id?

Each email address and phone number can be associated with one WishFruits account only.

Can I have multiple accounts for members in my family with different mobile number and email address but same or common delivery address?

Yes, we do understand the importance of time and the toil involved in shopping. Members in a family can have the same address provided the email address and phone number associated with the accounts are unique.

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver in almost 16000 pin codes throughout PAN INDIA so You can check if we deliver in your area.

What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at WishFruits.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

How do I reset my password?

You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on “Lost your password“. An email with a reset password link will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, each store has a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order.

Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?

No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order under the My Orders section.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel order untill it is not shipped . Once order is shipped, it cannot be returned.

How can I make payments at WishFruits?

WishFruits accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets & UPI. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for orders.

When will I get my Refund?

If your order is cancelled before shipment then you will receive Refund within a week or time may exceed upto 15 days depends upon circumstances. In case the customer is not available to receive currier, it is returned back to us. In this case, customer must have to bear the delivery and return charges and remaining amount will be transferred to customer account after confirmation of product received. This may take upto 15 days.but in some cases it can be upto 60 days in settlement.

How long do you take to initiate my refund?

The refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 7-10 working days for payments.

How can I review my receipt?

We handover the receipt to you at the time of delivery. Also, you can look at your Email and your transaction history in the “My Orders” tab.

How can I cancel my order?

WishFruits provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order before it is Shipped. This option is available in the “My Orders” tab.
Please note: Once the order is packed but not shipped, we may levy a fee of Rs.29 if an order is canceled by the customer.

What If I want to return something?

If you’re dissatisfied with the products delivered, please register a complaint within 48 hours. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve this issue. Once product is delivered, it cannot be returned.

What if I have any complaint regarding my order?

You can use the “Contact Us” section on the website. Our customer care executives are always happy to help.

How can I be sure the Dry fruits & Spices I order are of good quality?

We have a quality check process in place to ensure quality of the items delivered, is up to the mark. Do let us know within 24 Hours if you’re not happy with the quality of the product received.

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

You will receive an SMS notification informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refund (if any) will also be initiated within 2-3 days.

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on WishFruits?

Yes, it is. All transactions on WishFruits are completed via secure payment gateways (@ccavenue) which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.

Do you charge for delivery?

The minimum charges and the delivery charges are mentioned on the website at the checkout page.

What are your delivery times?

In some locations, our deliveries begin from 6 AM and the last delivery is completed by 11 PM.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

At this time, we do not offer this option. You can, however, cancel your order and reorder from a different locality.

What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.
